All packages are shipped with insurance against carrier negligence. Packages are not insured against porch theft. Please plan to be home to accept your package to ensure your items are delivered securely. ​

Pick Up Information

We offer 2 convenient locations for pick up.

Inner NW Calgary for same day pick up (weekdays after 5:30pm and weekends anytime) and

Inner NE Calgary for next day weekday pick up (Mon-Thu 8am-4pm) same day pick up NOT available at this location

Once you place your order you will receive an email with pick up instructions to let us know your preferred pick up time and location.
